When can I expect to receive my rebate?Please allow 8-10 weeks from receipt of the rebate materials to receive your rebate check.
Why was I denied? I know I sent in all of the qualifying information.Please submit copies of your qualifying materials with the denial card and comments to: Sonicare Rebate Offers PO Box 29367 Shawnee Mission, KS 66201-5367 OR Norelco Rebate Offers PO Box 29308 Shawnee Mission, KS 66201-5308 and we will gladly review it again for fulfillment.
I received my rebate check but didn't cash it immediately. Now it's expired! Will you reissue a new check for me?Rebate checks have a 90 day expiration date. Unfortunately, we are unable to reissue rebate checks.
I do not have a physical mailing address. The rebate states No PO Boxes. Can I submit it with my PO Box anyway? Unfortunately, we are unable to mail to PO Box as a remittance address on some offers.
The rebate is expired. Will it still be honored?The dates on each rebate are specific to the rebate offer. Any condition that does not meet the requirements of the rebate offer, such as expiration dates, may be denied.
The rebate I have requires the UPC symbol as well as the original receipt. I threw away the carton with the UPC symbol on it. Can I still file for this rebate?All qualifications for rebates must be met. If any required information is omitted, the rebate will not be honored.
I received my rebate check but my name is misspelled. Will I still be able to cash it?As every banking institute has its own policies, we recommend contacting your bank to have them make that decision. If you are unable to cash your rebate check because of name discrepancy, please contact Consumer Care for further assistance at www.philips.com/support.
My rebate offer requires the original receipt, but I prefer to keep original copies of my purchase receipts and do not want to submit it. Can I send a photocopy instead? Many rebate offers require the submission of the original receipt. Photocopies of the receipt may result in the rebate being denied unless the offer specifies that a copy of your purchase receipt is acceptable.
Is it possible for my receipt to be returned to me after my rebate is processed?Unfortunately, we are unable to return any purchase receipts after processing your rebate. We recommend that you keep copies of all submitted materials for your records.
I mailed in my rebate over 10 weeks ago and have not received my premium. What can I do now? Please contact the appropriate Consumer Care office listed below. To help us to assist you quickly, please have all copies of your submission with you at the time of the contact.
